tithoniumDamn you, ilmarinen. Now you've got me lusting after this and trying to come up with a way to justify it to myself. That's a lot of money to spend on something I have no practical use for. I don't wear pirate costumes (perhaps I should start), I can't wear it to work (ok, I /wouldn't/ wear it to work), and I don't practice shooting things very often (I haven't used my blowgun since before I moved to seattle).
But it's SOOOOOoooooo pretty. I'd want it a little shorter in barrel (and tank) and lower power, /possibly/ a lower caliber (tho probably not), and some decorative changes. Plus a quick-draw holster (The side barrel would make wearing it in the belt rather uncomfortable).
It /would/ go well if I ever get around to building seige weapons in the back yard. Have myself a little arsenal of steampunkish and/or anachronistic weapons.
Now, if someone wants to build me a holsterable crossbow, that would go over well...
