I can really relate. On one hand my professional ego and work ethic reminds me that there are patients out there who deserve really high quality care, in spite of management -- on the other hand, there are days that it's everything I can do to keep from throwing things at least, and killing people at worst. (that whole pesky thing about some people really being to stupid to live...)
I say this as I'm headed to a 0700 tele(?)web conference on risk management issues that I've been trying to get addressed since I worked there. I'm sure I'll have LOTS more /colorful/ things to say when I get back.
