Then went shopping with loree: Avenue for her, while I amused myself in Sears, then Lush, and the Tesla store - I was disappointed to learn that they've discontinued the Roadster in the US - and then tried to go to lunch at Din Tai Fung. I suppose it had to happen eventually: my DTF karma evaporated, and it would've been half an hour until we could be seated. So we headed south, ended up hitting Kid Valley at the Landing. Was very disappointed in the quality of the workmanship. Then Target for storage bins and other things. Bought a bunch of new black shorts to wear under the Hakama, since we aren't sure where the biking shorts I had been using have gone. Then home, and general vegetation.
