So, upgrading oort failed horribly. Ended up duplicating the system drive to the backup drive, then installing a new copy of 12.04. Then I went to work.

Work was fine. Got done what I needed to get done today, except for a deployment, which is blocked because another dev was working on the production branch directly and needs to be smacked upside the head.

Came home. Worked on oort. Got tired and took a nap. Got up and worked on oort some more. At this point, I've processed everything except /var, which should be pretty quick, 'cause it's /var. Haven't tested everything yet, but everything that clearly needs to be installed is installed, and every config file that needs to be saved is saved. Next will be taking it downstairs and plugging it in there, then making sure internal mounts are working, as well as various CGIs.
