Well, it's not 2000 anymore. Remember how I got pissed and put my resume back up at Monster? No responses... until today. Got a call this evening from cardomain. They've got a linux sysadmin position open, as well as some developer slots, apparently. Asked my linux questions, and perl questions. Then remembered to mention the budget for the position (high 50s). I said it wasn't out of the question. They'll get back to me in a day or two.

It's interesting. I'll think about it, if they make an offer. Bad timing tho... I'm actually enjoying amazon at the moment.
