Shaved off the beard, discovered I looked like I'd been working at JPL for 30 years, and shaved off the moustache too. Now growing it all back as fast as possible.
Spent a truckload of money. About $1200 of DVDs, a new Onkyo reciever (NR901), a tv for my office, and (joint expense) a dvd recorder deck. Set up the reciever last night and the dvd-r today. I even wrote my first dvd. Loree is presently sorting a shelf-and-a-quarter of dvds into the collection. It's nice having a stereo that can drive my subwoofer.
And now time to play xbox... with subwoofer!
