May. 29th, 2008 09:09 pmDoes anybody know of an electric kettle, preferably .5-1qt, very preferably metal or glass body (more accurately, "not plastic"), which doesn't quite turn 'off' when the water boils, as most do, but would switch to a 'keep warm' mode, that would either keep reboiling it as needed or, preferably, apply a lower level of heat so it just gets cold slower?
(granted, this would require it to be able to tell when the water has all gone away, rather than just switching off when it detects a certain temperature, but it's not a hard thing to do)
