On the for-sale list today, somebody listed a Cobalt Qube 2, for $100. That's 1/10 the original price, iirc.

I replied 10 minutes after he posted. I was /sure/ it was gone..

It wasn't.

It's name is Dobropan (old czech for Mercury).
The guy I bought it from was saying that you can buy restore CDs, to restore it to factory-condition software on ebay. I found a link to download an ISO of said CD. whee.

I might have to use it, too, if I can't get it to switch over to DHCP.

Huh, interesting. I ended up calling it Hladolet instead. Dobropan didn't get used until two years later, for my popcap.com macbook.
